Call all General Labourers in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL! We have an exciting position available. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and reliable team in the transportation & logistics industry. We are looking for a dedicated professional to fill this full-time, offering consistent hours and a competitive wage of $19.00 per hour. ...

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform LTL (Less-than-Truckload) loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care
  • Manually lift and move freight weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Inspect products for damage and ensure accuracy of shipments
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members in a respectful and professional manner
  • Ensure all warehouse tasks are completed accurately and on schedule

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in forklift operation and certification (an asset)
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures
  • Ability to handle physical work, including lifting heavy items
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Safety-minded and respectful demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
