Job Description

Anglian Demolition & Asbestos Ltd are looking to recruit a General Labourer to support ongoing project works throughout East Anglia for our contracting division. As a General Labourer for Anglian, you will complete various site-based tasks under supervision.

Job Responsibility

General labouring duties under supervision as directed by Supervisor / Chargehand
Assist teams of demolition refurbishment operatives and labourers in the clearing arising from the demolition processes being undertaken and ensure the correct segregation of wastes prior to removal from the site
Moving materials and equipment
Assist in the soft strip function under the guidance of a Supervisor / Chargehand where required
Carry out non-licensed removal works (as required) under required RPE and face fitting guidelines and clean-shaven requirements
Undertake works at all times in a safe and diligent manner in line with Health & Safety requirements

Requirements

Previous demolition, strip-out experience or strong demonstrable construction experience is desirable
CSCS card (required)
CCDO card (desirable)
On-site experience
Full Driving license is essential

Nice to have
