Randstad is seeking reliable and motivated General Labourers to join our team in Melbourne’s Northern & Western Suburbs. This role is ideal for those who enjoy variety and working outdoors, with duties spanning across public parklands and active project sites. We offer consistent, ongoing casual hours for hardworking individuals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Parks Maintenance: Mowing, brush cutting, weeding, and soft landscaping
  • Site Labouring: General site cleanups, assisting with tool operation, and site setup
  • Manual Handling: Loading/unloading materials and moving stock or debris (up to 20kg)
  • Safety: Strictly following site policies and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace

Requirements:

  • A strong work ethic and the physical fitness to handle manual tasks
  • Reliability and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable transport
  • A White Card (highly regarded for site-based work)
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude toward varied outdoor tasks
