Job Description:

We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our project teams in Winnipeg. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, staying active, and seeing immediate results from their effort. Whether you're looking to bridge the gap between jobs or gain experience in a warehouse/construction environment, we want to hear from you. Note: Candidates must have their own CSA-approved steel-toed boots. Reliable transportation is an asset, though many sites are transit-accessible.

Job Responsibility:

  • Comfortable performing repetitive lifting and moving of materials weighing between 30 and 50 lbs as needed for the duration of an 8-hour shift
  • Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Maintain a high standard of inventory organization to keep operations running smoothly
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels while standing, walking, and bending throughout a full shift
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to read English labels

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of previous warehouse or industrial experience is considered a strong asset
  • Prior experience operating manual or electric pallet jacks is an asset
  • Comfortable working in various environments (warehouses, outdoors, or manufacturing floors)
