Randstad is currently recruiting General Helpers to support manufacturing operations for a top-tier company located in Dorval. No complex experience is required! We value your positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn within a team that truly appreciates your daily contribution. Status: Stable day shift, Monday to Friday. Wage: Between $19.00/hr and $21.00/hr depending on experience + overtime opportunities. Location: Dorval, QC. The Deal: High potential for long-term contract extension!

Job Responsibility

Manual Assembly: Actively participate on the production line by using your hands and basic tools to assemble components
Tool Operation: Safely handle various manual, power, and pneumatic tools according to production needs
Quality Control: Perform quick visual inspections to ensure every item meets company quality standards
Packing & Logistics: Carefully pack finished products following precise instructions to ensure flawless transit
Safety & Organization: Strictly follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly workspace at all times

Requirements

Hands-on Skills: Good hand-eye coordination, comfort using basic mechanical tools, and a sharp attention to detail
Team Spirit: The ability to maintain a steady workflow pace to help the team reach its daily production goals
Physical Fitness: Physically capable of standing for the duration of the shift and lifting loads up to 30 lbs
Ease of Learning: Ability to follow basic instructions and simple assembly diagrams
Asset: Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus, but not required
