Job Description:

Randstad Guelph is currently partnering with industry leaders across the region to fill multiple full-time General Labour roles. If you have at least 6 months of experience and a 'get-it-done' attitude, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Order Fulfillment: Picking and packing orders with speed and precision
  • Inventory Tech: Using RF scanners to ensure stock levels are 100% accurate
  • Logistics Support: Safely loading/unloading materials in a fast-paced setting
  • Site Maintenance: Keeping your workspace organized, clean, and safe

Requirements:

  • 6+ months in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs
  • Safety-always mindset and track record of following site protocols
  • Reliability - you show up on time and ready to work
  • Reliable personal transportation is a major asset for certain locations
What we offer:
  • Strong Earnings: $19.00 – $20.00/hour
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit plus 4% vacation pay on every check
