Job Description:

We are looking for general labours for our client in Burlington, has been an international leader in the produce industry. If you are someone who thrives in fast paced environement and have experience working in produce/food based companies

Job Responsibility:

Quality Grading: Inspect and grade produce , to ensure they meet client’s high quality and safety standards
Production Support: Assist in "lumping" or stacking bags and boxes onto skids using proper lifting techniques
Packaging: Operate simple packaging machinery and labeling equipment as required
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping, removing debris, and adhering to Health & Safety protocols
Compliance: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand for the duration of an 8–10 hour shift
Comfortable working in temperature-regulated environments (coolers), if required
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work effectively in a team-based setting
