In this role, you aren’t just a worker on a line—you are a key player in ensuring high-quality food products reach the tables of families across the region. You’ll work in a fast-paced, modern facility where safety and quality are our top priorities. If you enjoy staying active, working with a close-knit team, and taking pride in what you create, we want to meet you! 2:00 pm - 10 pm (Flexibility for additional hours & weekends is appreciated!). MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR DAY TRAINING (4hrs) We have overtime available ! The Vibe: Energetic, clean, and highly organized. Gear: We provide your PPE; you just need to bring your steel-toe boots and a lock for your locker. The Space: You will rotate through our Prep, Cooking, Forming, and Packaging zones, ensuring your workdays stay dynamic.

Job Responsibility:

  • Crafting Quality: Assemble, mix, and package premium meat products (chicken, beef, and pork) following specialized recipes and standards
  • Precision Operation: Monitor and operate production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure every product meets our 'gold standard' for safety and excellence
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with your colleagues to hit production targets while maintaining a spotless, organized workspace
  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain our high standards for HACCP, GMP, and WorkSafeBC requirements—keeping yourself and your teammates safe

Requirements:

  • Physical Stamina: You are comfortable standing for your shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a brisk, temperature-controlled environment (4°C)

  • Communication: You can follow instructions clearly in English and aren't afraid to speak up about safety or quality concerns
  • Experience: Previous experience in food prep, kitchens, or warehouses is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most!
