Job Description

The Production Laborer is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the site through the operation of blower equipment, and use of brooms, shovels, and other hand held equipment. Responsible for removing dust and refuse from floors, catwalks, equipment, and walls. Candidate must follow all safety policies while performing job duties. Must report any unsafe condition / incidents to supervisor immediately. The position must have the ability to learn how to operate forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front end loaders. This is a rotating shift position. This position is located in Simsboro, Louisiana.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining cleanliness of the site through operation of blower equipment, and use of brooms, shovels, and other handheld equipment
  • Removing dust and refuse from floors, catwalks, equipment, and walls
  • Following all safety policies while performing job duties
  • Reporting any unsafe condition/incidents to supervisor immediately
  • Learning how to operate forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front end loaders
  • Rotating shift work

  • Willing and capable of learning various job positions in the production process. Ability to learn operation of mobile equipment such as forklift, manlift, front end loader, and skid steer
