Job Description:

Our crews are hardworking, dependable, and treat each project like it’s our own backyard. We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as General Laborers. If you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and being part of a team that gets things done, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with construction and excavation tasks such as digging, shoveling, grading, and cleanup
  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
  • Support equipment operators and site supervisors
  • Set up and take down work zones, barricades, and traffic control measures
  • Operate basic tools and small equipment safely
  • Occasionally operate heavy equipment under supervision
  • Follow all safety procedures to keep yourself and your team safe

Requirements:

  • Previous construction or labor experience helpful but not required
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • A dependable worker with reliable transportation to job sites
  • A strong work ethic—punctual, safety-conscious, and ready to pitch in where needed

Nice to have:

Experience using construction tools or operating heavy equipment
