Job Description:

General Foreman required for construction projects involving high-rise mixed-use buildings with high-end finishings. The role involves leading teams, organizing resources, and ensuring the safe and efficient progress of construction.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure, with Site Management, the organization, control and monitoring of all the work to be carried out, coordinating the human and material resources assigned to it
Guarantee the execution of the work in the foreseen manner
Act in accordance with the objectives defined by the site management
Control the production of a work or several works
Gather data and provide technical advice on planning and production methods
Efficient, safe and profitable use of labor, materials and equipment
Working methods and consequent supervision.

Requirements:

Technical diploma, trade qualification, or equivalent in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 10 years as General Foreman
Proven track record of delivering high-rise, mixed-use buildings with high-end finishings
Minimum 2-5 years of experience working on construction projects in Africa (essential)
Solid knowledge in Analysis of drawings and projects
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Strong HSE culture and focus
Leadership
Initiative and pro-activity
Negotiation and persuasion
Analysis and problem solving
Mobility availability.
