Job Responsibility:
Review patients’ medical history, current medications, existing conditions, previous dental work, vital signs, and informed consent forms as needed
Diagnose patients’ dental needs and create individualized treatment plans
Work in collaboration with general dentists and specialists as needed
Educate patients on their diagnosis to ensure acceptance and confidence in their treatment
Provide preventative, restorative, and surgical treatment while meeting the standard of care as defined by the American Dental Association
Complete progress notes, ensuring that they are clear and comprehensive
Requirements:
DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Licensed to work in Hawaii (at time of start)
5 years of experience in preferred General Dentistry
