Summary: HLTA role working 5 mornings a week to cover across multiple year groups Key Responsibilities: - Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, assisting with their learning activities to help them achieve their full potential. - Support classroom management and organisation to ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment in line with the school's ethos. - Collaborate with teachers to plan and adapt learning materials to meet the diverse needs of pupils, fostering a personalised approach to education. - Assist with the supervision of pupils during break times and other unstructured periods, promoting social interaction and well-being.
