General cover class teaching assistant

This school provides educational opportunities for pupils across KS2 to KS4. All students attending will have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outlining their specific Special Educational Needs, which may include high anxiety, social and emotional mental health needs, and autism. Many of these pupils have found mainstream settings very challenging and may have experienced anxiety-based school refusal or short-term placements in alternative provisions. The school offers a permanent placement that is able to personalise the curriculum and support services to meet each child's unique needs, enabling them to learn, develop strategies, and prepare for life beyond school. The school can offer accreditation pathways to support pupils with diverse learning profiles to make progress academically, alongside therapeutically informed programmes tailored to individual needs. Built on an ethos of inclusivity, empowerment, and transparency, the school aims to inspire every young person, as well as their families and staff, to become the best version of themselves through collaboration, co-operation, and creativity.
