Job Description

Working as a TA across the school - every Wednesday and Thursday morning 8.30 - 1pm and the whole day on a Friday. Support teaching and learning across different year groups and classes. Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning. Assist teachers in preparing classroom resources and activities. Help pupils to stay engaged, focused, and motivated during lessons. Support children with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs where required. Supervise pupils during breaktimes, lunchtimes, trips, and school activities as needed. Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence. Assist with classroom organisation and maintaining a safe learning environment. Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively with staff.
