General Counsel

• Advise leadership on risk mitigation, dispute exposure, and corporate legal strategy
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and key business agreements
• Build and maintain internal legal processes and corporate documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally while coordinating with external law firms domestically (and occasionally internationally)
• Serve as the primary in-house lead for U.S. litigation matters, overseeing strategy and managing outside counsel
• Navigate complex commercial, IP, and technology-related disputes, particularly common in manufacturing/data-center environments

• JD with active bar admission
• 8+ years of experience
• In-house litigation experience (either hands-on or through managing outside counsel)
• Background supporting manufacturing, industrial, technology, or data-center-adjacent businesses
• Long-term interest in helping build and scale an internal legal function

Primary focus on U.S. matters, with exposure to UK, Latin America, and coordination with established team in Asia
