General Counsel

• overseeing employment law and malpractice matters
• supporting human resources
• drafting, revising and reviewing contracts such as operating agreements and employment agreements
• being an active member and contributor to the C-Suite

• 6+ years of experience as an in-house corporate counsel or general counsel
• experience advising on employment law matters, updating and creating HR policies, supporting HR conversations and functions, and working with outside counsel when necessary
• experience with business law such as drafting operating and employment agreements
• prior experience with malpractice matters a plus, not required
• Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials
• Washington Bar License preferred, or ability to obtain one through admission by motion
• experience as part of a C Suite
