Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, committed and reflective classroom teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and who understands the transformative impact strong teaching can have in a specialist setting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with pupils with SEND
  • Experience working with pupils presenting SEMH needs
  • Understands trauma-informed and relational practice
  • Can deliver high-quality teaching across KS2, KS3 and KS4
  • Can adapt learning to meet EHCP outcomes
  • Builds strong, restorative relationships with pupils
  • Has high expectations for behaviour and achievement
  • Is reflective, resilient and committed to teamwork
