Customer Care and Customer Service experience, preferably in a Catering environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
Basic maths skills for handling cash and inventory management
Can-do attitude and willingness to learn on the job

Job Responsibility

Assist the Vending team to fill and cleaning vending machines
Assist the Chef when required
Serve meals, snacks, and drinks, including assisting customers
Clean and maintain equipment, crockery, and cutlery as required
Support and provide service in various areas, including serveries, retail outlets, hospitality functions, and coffee shops
Ensure all food is handled in accordance with Food Safety & Quality Management System standards
Carry out work in compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation and Codes of Practice
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Maintain proper storage of raw materials and packaging materials
Actively contribute to the Zero Harm culture within the organisation
