Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry
organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents
record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information
classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data
complete period-end closing procedures and reports
audit cashier banks periodically
maintain, distribute, and record petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts
document and act upon all cash variances
act as liaison between property and armored car service
participate in audit processes
develop and maintain positive working relationships
listen and respond to employees' concerns

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
