Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing. We are seeking a General Assistant to support our Drainage Engineers and Tanker Drivers. This role will provide you with training in order to move into a Drainage Engineer position further down the line. This would ideally suit someone from a civils/ground working background. We will provide full training – working towards becoming an Engineer within 6-12 months.
Job Responsibility:
To support our Engineers in carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer's drains
To deliver an exceptional standard of customer service
To ensure you work in accordance with H&S and Quality Assurance procedures
Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Requirements:
Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
Want to be part of a growing and progressive business
Be willing to work some unsociable hours
Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors
Have a keen interest and desire to progress within the drainage industry
Be willing to work towards NVQ level 2 drainage or equivalent
Must have full clean UK driving license and own vehicle
