Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic flexible General Assistant/Barista to join our team. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a genuine passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. We are a small team operating a Cafe in TV Channels office. We have a strong bond with our customers and are looking for a positive character to join us, Tuesday - Friday, 32 hours per week.

Job Responsibility:

  • Service – serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that customer's needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed
  • Customer Service - provide excellent service by being attentive to customer's needs at every point in their customer journey. Answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly manner
  • Teamwork - collaborate with all colleagues to ensure the smooth flow of operations and support, and contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment
  • Adherence to Regulations - comply with health and safety regulations, as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location
  • Cleanliness - maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus
