Job Responsibility

Work closely with the General Manager - supporting them day to day and helping translate the cafe’s vision and growth goals into reality
Play a key part in ensuring the team feels confident, supported and set up to succeed
Ensure that the coffee program set by our Head of Coffee is fully understood, adhered to and consistently implemented in daily service
Support the team in maintaining excellence in coffee preparation, workflow and quality control
Bring dependable operational experience, helping to deliver a smooth launch, maintain effective systems and uphold high standards across service, quality and team wellbeing

The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed
