General Assembler

• Develop a basic understanding of production processes and equipment within your assigned area
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures
• Safely transport materials using material handling equipment, following established safety guidelines
• Monitor personal and peer behaviors, work environment, and housekeeping to ensure adherence to safety procedures
• Be available for overtime as needed to meet production demands
• Perform all duties with attention to quality, safety, and environmental concerns, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and responding to hazards
• Take responsibility for environmental impacts of work performed, identify and report environmental problems, and complete required regulatory training
• Complete the Operator Training Program as per guidelines
• Be flexible and willing to take on other projects or assignments as requested by management
• Seek opportunities to simplify or improve products, services, systems, and processes

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• 4 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read, write, and understand Basic English preferred
• Operating skills of manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack preferred
• Problem-solving skills are highly valued
