As an Assembler, you'll play a vital role in the preparation and manufacture of pharmaceutical ingredients and medical devices. Under supervision, you'll learn and perform duties according to standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines to ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Develop a basic understanding of production processes and equipment within your assigned area
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures
Safely transport materials using material handling equipment, following established safety guidelines
Monitor personal and peer behaviors, work environment, and housekeeping to ensure adherence to safety procedures
Be available for overtime as needed to meet production demands
Perform all duties with attention to quality, safety, and environmental concerns, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and responding to hazards
Take responsibility for environmental impacts of work performed, identify and report environmental problems, and complete required regulatory training
Complete the Operator Training Program as per guidelines
Be flexible and willing to take on other projects or assignments as requested by management
Seek opportunities to simplify or improve products, services, systems, and processes
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED preferred
4 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to read, write, and understand Basic English preferred
Operating skills of manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack preferred
