General Assembler 1

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to written directions and SOPs
• Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and measurement tools during the assembly process
• Work collaboratively in a team atmosphere to meet production goals and quality specifications
• Maintain adherence to quality guidelines and ensure accuracy in all tasks
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors

• 0 to 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
• Prior experience in assembly and familiarity with hand tools is helpful but not required
• Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic tools of measurement
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Basic math skills
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend instructions and specifications in English
• Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks
• Ability to work in a standing or seated position for extended periods
• Physically able to meet the demands of the role including standing, walking, and sitting
