• Assemble electronics components by following clear procedures and standard operating protocols (SOPs)
• Use basic hand tools (e.g., screwdriver) and measurement devices
• Follow written and verbal directions to complete tasks proficiently
• Work collaboratively in a team atmosphere on assigned production lines
• Rotate across different tasks and responsibilities as required
• Adhere strictly to quality configuration standards and guidelines
• Maintain clean and safe working environments
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods

• 0 to 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Effective communication skills with co-workers and supervisors
• Ability to use hand tools and tools of measurement
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend written specifications in English
• Basic math calculation skills
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to adapt to different tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Physical ability to perform duties such as standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
