The General Assembler I is responsible for supporting the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. The role involves operating and maintaining equipment, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
Job Responsibility:
Perform assembly, fabrication, testing, and packaging of medical devices
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
Conduct quality inspections in accordance with specifications
Follow clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines
Document work as required and maintain compliance with procedures
Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes
Rotate across different tasks and responsibilities as needed
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Maintain regular, punctual attendance and flexibility with work hours
Requirements:
0 to 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Basic manufacturing and assembly skills
Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and specifications
Basic math skills
Attention to detail
Effective verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours
Must be able to meet physical job requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent – Preferred (not required)
