• Assemble electronics and mechanical components using hand tools such as screwdrivers
• Follow written procedures and SOPs to ensure compliance with quality guidelines
• Work collaboratively in a team atmosphere to meet production goals
• Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Maintain attention to detail during all phases of the assembly process
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards

• 0 to 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly roles
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend written specifications in English
• Effective verbal communication skills for interacting with co-workers and supervisors
• Basic math skills for simple calculations
• Proficiency in using basic hand tools and measurement tools
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to handle varied tasks and changing responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness and ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, walking, sitting for extended periods)
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to different roles as needed

Prior experience in assembly is helpful but not mandatory
