General Accountant

• Bank payment preparation and booking the bank clearing entries for outgoing and incoming, bank balance interface to SAP
• Checking and approval of staff and shop reimbursement, prepare summary to HR
• Help download and collect the invoices, AP booking and payment
• Handle the month-end closing transactions and process
• make proper accruals, prepayment and recurring entries to ensure the reasonableness of the balance sheet accounts
• Communicate with third parties as Bank/Law firm/Tax consultant/Insurance company
• E-tax portal payment and real estate tax payment and related entry posting
• Communicate with other departments if any question, send out announcement if needed
• Support for board meeting minutes preparing
• Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by APAC Senior Accounting Manager

• Solid background in accounting
• Good English in writing and speaking (business level), proficiency with MS office products especially Excel
• Familiarity with SAP system
• Strong responsibility, team-work spirit, flexibility and quick-learner
• Proactive and strong capability to work under pressure
• Good communication skill required to deal with APAC regional center
