General Accountant

• Manage the full-cycle accounting process for corporate entities, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, bank deposits, and monthly balance reports
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
• Support month-end closing in collaboration with AR and AP specialists
• Assist with audit preparation and support, including compiling required working papers and documentation
• Perform general administrative duties as needed to support the accounting team and broader organization

• 2–3 years of full-cycle accounting experience, ideally in a high-volume, multi-entity environment
• Strong background in intercompany transactions is essential
• Experience working in the construction industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and common accounting software
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines during month-end closing periods
