We’re looking for a Value Capture Associate to join our GenAI Centre of Excellence at group level. Reporting into the GenAI Value Capture Senior Associate, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery and finance, helping ensure GenAI initiatives deliver measurable business value. You’ll balance strategic value discovery (identifying and shaping high‑impact GenAI opportunities) with operational value assurance (setting up, tracking and reporting benefits). This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to AI strategy, product delivery and benefits realisation, while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify high‑value GenAI opportunities by analysing business processes, pain points and workflows
  • Work with product, strategy and business teams to shape use cases and value propositions
  • Support development of GenAI business cases, including ROI and financial modelling with FP&A
  • Define clear benefits, baselines and targets for GenAI initiatives at project start
  • Set up practical measurement and tracking approaches aligned to data availability
  • Track adoption, usage and benefits realisation across live GenAI solutions
  • Maintain portfolio‑level value trackers and dashboards
  • Analyse value performance to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Produce clear reports and insights for governance forums and senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to case studies and value stories demonstrating GenAI impact

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Analytics, Engineering or similar
  • 2–4 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, finance or transformation roles
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experience supporting projects, programmes or benefits management
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modelling, pivots, complex formulas)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders
  • Interest in GenAI, digital transformation and emerging technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and evidence‑based mindset

Nice to have:

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MSc)
  • Experience in technology, AI or digital innovation environments
  • Exposure to benefits realisation or value capture frameworks
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools
  • Consulting-style problem solving and storytelling with data
  • Comfort working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments

  • Complete all tasks to a high level of quality with a ‘Right first time’ approach

  • Monitor equipment OEE and react to maintain production levels taking account of quality parameters, safety parameters and the engineering requirements of the plant
