Job Description:

Join us for a 10‑week paid internship where you’ll design and build AI‑powered tools using Microsoft 365 Copilot. You’ll be creating solutions that actually get used within the company, giving you hands‑on experience and a portfolio project you can be genuinely proud of.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working on‑site at our Harston office throughout the internship
  • Building Microsoft AI Copilot Agents to automate real internal workflows
  • Prototyping AI‑powered tools and experimenting with new ideas
  • Working closely with teams across the business to understand real challenges and create smart solutions
  • Developing a portfolio‑worthy project that goes beyond typical coursework
  • Improving your prototypes based on feedback to boost performance and usability
  • Learning hands‑on skills in AI development, Microsoft 365, workflow automation and prompt engineering

Requirements:

  • Current Students - Second‑year, final‑year, or Master’s students in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Machine Learning or similar
  • Confident programmers with skills in Python or C#
  • Someone with the legal right to work in the UK
  • Happy to work full‑time on‑site in Cambridge (Harston) for 10 weeks over the summer

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate or Power Apps
  • An interest in workflow automation, cloud tools, or prompt engineering
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps like SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Outlook or Power BI
