GenAI Software Developer, Device Software

In this position, you will play a key role in accelerating safe, practical, and value-adding adoption of generative AI across our R&D organization. Working hands-on with teams, ARTs, and functions, you will help transform how we work by embedding GenAI into everyday engineering and knowledge workflows. The role requires the ability to understand and navigate challenges and see GenAI opportunities across highly diverse teams, spanning disciplines, processes, from early concepting to production. Part of a highly motivated enablement team. The team will be in the Device Software (DSW) department within our R&D organization. DSW is responsible for developing, integrating, and delivering all software running on Demant’s hearing instruments and accessories, spanning audiology‑related software, embedded firmware, connectivity, shared platforms, quality‑critical processes, and large‑scale SAFe‑based delivery. You will be part of the department’s dedicated GenAI Enabling Team. The team is launched as a new initiative, and your voice will matter from day one. You will help shape how we work, influence what we prioritize, and how we make the team valuable, visible, and attractive to both stakeholders and colleagues.
