Job Description

This is a high-stakes, 3-month unpaid internship program where you will work on-site with mentors on real-world solutions for global financial institutions (Hedge Funds, Insurance, etc.). The goal is to find the next Associate or Junior Engineers. Top performers who prove their grit will receive a full-time offer.

Job Responsibility

  • Work on Agentic Systems and RAG pipelines that automate complex business logic
  • Develop backends using FastAPI/Flask and integrate with top-tier LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock)
  • Use Cursor, Claude Code, and LLMs to speed up development
  • Handle large-scale data processing and migrations for production environments

Requirements

  • Solid foundation in Python
