As a GenAI & Analytics Manager, you will lead high-impact engagements with a strong focus on Generative AI, while also leveraging Machine Learning, advanced analytics, and AI-driven solutions to help clients transform the way they operate and make decisions. You will shape GenAI strategies, identify innovative use cases, and drive the development of scalable solutions that unlock value across the business. Beyond delivery, you will build and mentor high-performing teams, foster collaboration and innovation, and create a strong sense of community within the practice. We are looking for a strategic leader with a proven track record in Generative AI, analytics, and team development—someone who can translate emerging technologies and complex data into tangible business outcomes while cultivating a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation. Basic Qualifications • Graduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Business, or a related field, with strong expertise in advanced analytics, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. • Minimum 7+ years of experience in analytics and GenAI roles, including team leadership and stakeholder management. • Demonstrate a track record of team development, including recruiting, staffing, onboarding, and mentoring talent. • Strong technical foundation (SQL and Python required) and ability to lead complex analytical projects. • Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI and Generative AI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI), including deployment and integration of LLM solutions into enterprise environments • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages highly valued. • Eligibility to work in the country of application and ability to travel as required. • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations.
