Job Description:

The GenAI Microsoft Solution Architect role involves designing and implementing solutions using generative AI technologies, particularly Azure AI. A Microsoft GenAI Solution Architect is a technical expert at Microsoft who specializes in designing and implementing solutions utilizing generative AI technologies like Azure AI, to address customer needs, by leveraging their deep understanding of both business requirements and the capabilities of Microsoft's GenAI platform, while providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Customer Consultation: Understand client business challenges and identify opportunities where GenAI can provide significant value, consulting with stakeholders to define solution requirements
  • Solution Architecture: Design comprehensive GenAI solutions, including data preparation, model selection, training pipelines, integration with existing systems, and deployment strategies
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's GenAI offerings like Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and related tools, staying updated on new features and advancements
  • Proof-of-Concept Development: Build prototypes and demonstrations to showcase the potential of GenAI solutions to clients, validating feasibility and addressing concerns
  • Implementation Guidance: Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation phase, overseeing development, deployment, and integration with existing infrastructure
  • Technical Training: Train customers and partners on utilizing GenAI features and best practices to maximize solution impact
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of industry best practices for GenAI solution architecture, sharing knowledge through presentations and publications

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background: Expertise in cloud computing, data engineering, machine learning, and software development
  • GenAI knowledge: Deep understanding of generative AI models, their capabilities, limitations, and potential use cases
  • Business acumen: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
  • Customer focus: Excellent client relationship management skills, actively listening to customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Problem-solving: Ability to analyze complex challenges, identify optimal solutions, and navigate technical roadblocks
  • 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecting of Data & Analytics, AI/ML & Gen AI Technical Architect
  • Solid experience in a business growth / sales role in analytics AI/ML and Gen AI across multiple industries
  • Experience and sound knowledge of Gen AI tools and LLMs available in market
  • Lead reactive and proactive conversations with Clients on Generative AI (specially LLMs), Conversational AI & cloud AIaaS
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
