Job Description

Stop watching tutorials and start building production-grade AI. We are looking for interns in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia in Spain who are driven by tech challenges and ready to dive deep into the world of Generative AI. This is a high-stakes, 3-month unpaid program where you will work on-site with mentors on real-world solutions for global financial institutions (Hedge Funds, Insurance, etc.). Our goal is simple: We want to find our next Associate or Junior Engineers. If you prove your grit and deliver results by the end of 3-month program, offer is yours!

Job Responsibility

  • Work on Agentic Systems and RAG pipelines that automate complex business logic
  • Develop backends using FastAPI/Flask and integrate with top-tier LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock)
  • Use Cursor, Claude Code, and LLMs as superpowers to speed up development and focus on high-level architecture
  • Handle large-scale data processing and migrations for production environments

Requirements

  • Solid foundation in Python
  • Know your way around Git and Docker
  • Don't wait for a Jira ticket—you see a problem and you start figuring out how to build the solution
  • Fascinated by GenAI and want to see how RAG works in a real production environment
  • Can communicate effectively in English and are ready to work remotely from Madrid, Barcelona or Valencia
