Job Description:

The GenAI Enablement Engineer role provides hands-on technical implementation support to accelerate GenAI adoption across CISO teams. This role is designed for security professionals with technical aptitude who want to transition into a GenAI-focused career path, removing technical barriers and ensuring successful integration of GenAI capabilities into existing cybersecurity workflows.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide hands-on technical support for GenAI tool adoption across assigned CISO teams
  • develop and implement integrations between GenAI products and existing cybersecurity systems (APIs, data pipelines, workflow automation)
  • configure and customize GenAI tools to meet specific team requirements and use cases
  • troubleshoot technical issues and remove blockers preventing successful adoption
  • create scripts, automation, and technical solutions to accelerate GenAI integration
  • conduct technical training sessions for teams adopting GenAI tools
  • provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring on GenAI best practices
  • create technical documentation, user guides, and how-to resources
  • gather user feedback and translate into actionable improvement recommendations
  • support change management efforts within domain teams
  • work closely with domain teams to understand workflows, pain points, and integration requirements
  • partner with GenAI Products team and GenAI Architecture teams to provide adoption feedback and feature requests
  • collaborate with Cybersecurity Technology and Platform Operations on technical implementations
  • participate in cross-functional working groups to share learnings and best practices
  • identify and escalate architectural or product issues to appropriate teams
  • track and report adoption metrics for assigned teams (usage, efficiency gains, user satisfaction)
  • measure business impact of GenAI implementations (time savings, process improvements, error reduction)
  • document success stories and use cases for broader enablement
  • contribute to continuous improvement of enablement methodologies and approaches

Requirements:

  • Basic technical background with scripting, automation, or development experience (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar)
  • understanding of APIs and system integrations (or strong willingness to learn)
  • troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for technical challenges
  • familiarity with cybersecurity tools and processes (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, threat intelligence platforms, etc.)
  • comfortable with command-line interfaces, configuration files, and technical documentation
  • 5+ years experience in cybersecurity roles (SOC analyst, security engineer, security officer, vulnerability analyst, etc.)
  • understanding of CISO processes and workflows (incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, compliance, etc.)
  • experience working with security tools and platforms
  • knowledge of security concepts, controls, and compliance requirements
  • strong learning agility and willingness to acquire new technical skills quickly
  • excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures
  • customer service orientation with focus on enabling others' success
  • adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in fast-changing technology landscape
  • self-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiative

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts or GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
  • experience creating automation scripts or tools to improve security processes
  • background in security operations, threat analysis, or security engineering
  • training or teaching experience (formal or informal)
  • previous work on cross-functional projects or initiatives
  • certifications: Security+, CEH, CISSP (Associate), or relevant technical certifications
