Job Description:

The Solution Architecture Specialist will be part of the Citi Global Innovation Labs at the CTO organization. The organization is focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions across Citi’s businesses globally. The person in this role will be a main contributor to an end-to-end Global Strategic initiative to support GenAI adoption at Citi.

Job Responsibility:

Assist Gen AI use-cases across Citi with designing, developing, and implement scalable & efficient solutions
Provide guidance and technical expertise to cross-functional teams during their planning, POC, and production implementation phases
Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and methodologies for solution development
Manage our program book of work, resources, ensuring alignment with business priorities and key performance indicator
Monitor project risks and propose mitigation strategies
Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering effective client relationships
Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI, cloud technologies, and solution architecture. Keep abreast of Citi’s latest solutions for implementations in GenAI environment
Drive internal improvement by proposing enhancements to existing processes and solutions

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in solution architecture
Exposure to GenAI tools and technologies (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, APIs, and data integration techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
