GE-Certified Wind Turbine Technician

• Travel to wind farms for installation, commissioning, and maintenance work
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and test GE wind turbine systems
• Follow GE procedures, OEM standards, and safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
• Assist with tower assembly, nacelle installation, and hub work during new builds
• Complete accurate documentation (commissioning records, service reports, timesheets)
• Operate company vehicles safely
• Work at height and in all weather conditions

• GE turbine certification (Tech 1, 2, or 3) – installation experience highly valued
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 5 years)
• Ability to climb up to 300 ft and lift 50 lbs
• Proficiency with basic power tools and Microsoft Office
• Current wind technician safety certifications: Tower Rescue, CPR, First Aid, AED, OSHA 10, Competent Climber, Confined Space, Working at Heights, NFPA 70, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
