Experience as a SysOps/Systems Administrator for 3+ years
Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server administration
Solid experience with Configuration Management tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including provisioning, monitoring, and resource optimization

Provision of technical support for the service management function to resolve more complex issues for a specific client of group of clients
Develop the support model and service offering to improve the service to customers and stakeholders
