Job Description:

Role: GBS Manager. Work Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST/6:30 PM - 3:30 AM as per DLS).

Job Responsibility:

  • has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units
  • manages important client & internal relationships with guidance from senior management
  • develops and/or delivers a plan and outcomes for an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues
  • develops procedures for areas of expertise
  • monitors SLA/KPI performance to control and improve team performance & productivity
  • identifies opportunities to better serve client needs
  • provides coaching and mentoring to team members and TLs
  • develops and shares best practices with the global GBS community
  • manages the performance of direct reports by working within performance management systems
  • can apply understanding of the business environment and objectives to develop solutions without supervision

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years in RPO environment
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data
  • Track record of high achievement
  • Demonstrated success working on teams
  • At least 2 years of experience in being accountable for the performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams of employees
  • Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver against predetermined objectives
  • Proven experiences in addressing complex issues and developing recommended solutions
  • college or university degree or the equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with the Google environment including Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and applicable tools
