Role: GBS Manager. Work Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST/6:30 PM - 3:30 AM as per DLS).
Job Responsibility:
has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units
manages important client & internal relationships with guidance from senior management
develops and/or delivers a plan and outcomes for an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues
develops procedures for areas of expertise
monitors SLA/KPI performance to control and improve team performance & productivity
identifies opportunities to better serve client needs
provides coaching and mentoring to team members and TLs
develops and shares best practices with the global GBS community
manages the performance of direct reports by working within performance management systems
can apply understanding of the business environment and objectives to develop solutions without supervision
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
5-7 years of relevant experience
3+ years in RPO environment
Strong customer focus and customer service skills
Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data
Track record of high achievement
Demonstrated success working on teams
At least 2 years of experience in being accountable for the performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams of employees
Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver against predetermined objectives
Proven experiences in addressing complex issues and developing recommended solutions
college or university degree or the equivalent work experience
Proficient with the Google environment including Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and applicable tools
