Job Description

We are looking for a GBS Manager to lead and inspire a motivated team of 13 Sourcing Recruiters. In this role, you will drive the sourcing strategy for one of our largest clients, ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent through innovative and creative methods.

Job Responsibility

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 13 Sourcing Recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring KPIs are met
  • Strategic Oversight: Act as the bridge between the sourcing team, Talent Advisors, and Hiring Managers to ensure alignment on complex hiring requirements
  • Process Optimization: Refine and adapt sourcing techniques across various channels to maintain a competitive edge in the tech talent market
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead weekly calls and catch-ups with client stakeholders to share data-driven updates and market insights
  • Candidate Excellence: Ensure the team provides a world-class candidate experience at every touchpoint of the screening process
  • Operational Stability: Reduce operational risk and manage high-volume campaigns, ensuring a steady pipeline for high-seniority and tech roles

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading or supervising a team of recruiters or sourcers, ideally in a high-volume or RPO environment
  • Tech Expertise: Strong background in hiring tech profiles and a deep understanding of the technical talent landscape
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze sourcing data to solve complex hiring demands and 'firefight' operational challenges
  • Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at a senior level
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and any other European language is essential

  • Define and maintain process standards, workflows, and policies, ensuring alignment with GBS and enterprise service management frameworks

  • Lead problem management practices, ensuring timely root cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention of repeat incidents
