Are you ready to become the strategic bridge between the departments of a world-class aviation group's Business Service Center? We are looking for a senior professional to join the Budapest center to lead Internal Stakeholder Management and operational excellence. In this role, you will act as a key contact for international business partners, managing internal client relationships at an executive level, ensuring that expectations are aligned with the GBS operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary point of contact for international business partners to understand their needs and manage service demand
  • Escalation Management: Managing the end-to-end escalation process, conducting root-cause analysis, and ensuring mutually satisfactory resolutions
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitoring operational KPIs and metrics on behalf of the Head of GBS to ensure SLA compliance
  • Performance Reviews: Preparing strategic materials for performance review meetings with executive-level stakeholders and service line managers
  • Process Insight: Collaborating with Global Process Owners and Continuous Improvement teams to identify process inefficiencies

Requirements

  • University degree
  • 10+ years of professional experience, ideally within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Service (SSC) environment
  • Fluent English
  • Proven experience in communicating at the Executive Management level
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • a strong ability to bridge differences between stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distinguish between details and the "big picture"
  • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple complex subjects in a multi-cultural environment
