As the GBO P&C Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation of a knowledge management approach for P&C Services at GBO function.
Job Responsibility
Create the process documentation and supporting materials
review of KM knowledge articles quality and usability according to the agreed SLAs and its continuous improvement
cooperation with Country P&C on setting up, reviewing, and updating knowledge articles at the Now P&C service portal
support in identifying the best practices & knowledge that has been created
working in partnership with GBO P&C Service teams
leading continuous improvement initiatives around the knowledge management area
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, international development, international affairs, or a relevant advanced degree
fluent in English
very good working knowledge management capabilities
business analytics skills including the ability to create business process maps and related documentation
good team player who knows how to lead own projects and initiatives independently
strong influencing and communication skills
good knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) process design and process improvement
Nice to have
experience in leading different projects
advanced degree in knowledge management, organizational learning, international development, international affairs, or a relevant advanced degree
