Job Description

As the GBO P&C Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation of a knowledge management approach for P&C Services at GBO function.

Job Responsibility

  • Create the process documentation and supporting materials
  • review of KM knowledge articles quality and usability according to the agreed SLAs and its continuous improvement
  • cooperation with Country P&C on setting up, reviewing, and updating knowledge articles at the Now P&C service portal
  • support in identifying the best practices & knowledge that has been created
  • working in partnership with GBO P&C Service teams
  • leading continuous improvement initiatives around the knowledge management area

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, international development, international affairs, or a relevant advanced degree
  • fluent in English
  • very good working knowledge management capabilities
  • business analytics skills including the ability to create business process maps and related documentation
  • good team player who knows how to lead own projects and initiatives independently
  • strong influencing and communication skills
  • good knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) process design and process improvement

Nice to have

  • experience in leading different projects
  • advanced degree in knowledge management, organizational learning, international development, international affairs, or a relevant advanced degree
