Job Description:

As the GBO P&C Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation of a knowledge management approach for P&C Services at GBO function.

Job Responsibility:

  • review of KM knowledge articles' quality and usability according to the agreed SLAs and its continuous improvement
  • cooperation with knowledge partners on setting up, reviewing, and updating knowledge articles at the Now P&C service portal
  • support in identifying the best practices & knowledge that has been created
  • working in partnership with GBO P&C Service teams and the project team
  • leading continuous improvement initiatives around the knowledge management area

Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, international development, international affairs, or a relevant advanced degree (nice to have but not mandatory)
  • fluent in English
  • excellent working knowledge management capabilities, understanding of the importance and process of knowledge management
  • good team player who knows how to lead your own tasks, projects, and initiatives independently
  • strong influencing and communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organisation
  • passionate about the power of knowledge management within the organisation
  • knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) process design and process improvement
