bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, international development, international affairs, or a relevant advanced degree
fluent in English

cooperation with Country P&C on setting up, reviewing, and updating knowledge articles at the Now P&C service portal
support in identifying the best practices & knowledge that has been created

leading continuous improvement initiatives around the knowledge management area

Job Responsibility

Execute operational P&C activities together with other LOS Specialists at unit level to deliver an excellent co-worker experience
Ensure and execute delivery of learning activities at unit level including legally required trainings
Ensure local employer communication activities including events are consistent, well-perceived and build on the IKEA brand
Deploy services that are required to be executed at a local level such as uniforms, contracts, timekeeping and parts of payroll administration
