As the GBO P&C Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation of a knowledge management approach for P&C Services at GBO function.
Job Responsibility:
review of KM knowledge articles quality and usability according to the agreed SLAs and its continuous improvement
cooperation with Country P&C on setting up, reviewing, and updating knowledge articles at the Now P&C service portal
support in identifying the best practices & knowledge that has been created
working in partnership with GBO P&C Service teams
leading continuous improvement initiatives around the knowledge management area
Requirements:
bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, international development, international affairs, or a relevant advanced degree
fluent in English
very good working knowledge management capabilities
understanding of the importance and process of knowledge management
good team player who knows how to lead your own projects and initiatives independently
strong influencing and communication skills
ability to collaborate across all levels of the organisation
good knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) process design and process improvement
