In the P&C Operations Support Team, together with other Junior Specialists, Specialists and Senior Specialists, you will process and maintain on time all incidents, requests, documents, and reports related to the HR systems used by IKEA. You will also be the support to all the IKEA co-workers and business partners working in the HR area. This includes answering their questions related to HR Systems or solving their problems reported through the ticket system. You will be supported in your daily work by Team Leader whom you can consult in demanding situations. You can also count on your Buddy who will help you get to know IKEA’s culture and values and successfully get through the onboarding process.
Job Responsibility
manage People Operations activities in your assigned area (e.g., Change Requests, Testing, System Support, Reporting, SPOC)
lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of business support tasks – from gathering requirements to testing and final implementation
work closely with Digital People Domain and People Services teams, ensuring consistent service delivery across countries
run triage meetings with stakeholders, gathering input and helping drive quick and effective decisions
identify areas for improvement in our support processes and actively contribute to making them more efficient and user-friendly
support data maintenance and release planning, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption
provide input into our service delivery frameworks and help ensure they are followed and continuously improved
mentor and support colleagues by sharing your expertise, helping them grow while ensuring high-quality delivery
Requirements
at least 2 years of experience in the People & Culture (HR) area, with 2 full yearly cycles of supporting business
worked across at least 2 systems or countries
solid knowledge of People & Culture processes
natural collaborator who values clarity, structure, and efficiency
enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting less experienced colleagues
take ownership of your work
fluent in English
