Job Description

This position offers a unique blend of administrative responsibilities and physical warehouse work, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, problem solving, and working in a fast-paced environment. Approximately 50% of the role is computer-based and 50% involves hands-on operational support.

Job Responsibility

  • Process domestic and international shipments for export and delivery
  • Verify shipping documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Coordinate cargo bookings and shipment movement
  • Monitor on-hold shipments and take appropriate action to keep deliveries on schedule
  • Communicate with internal teams and international offices regarding shipment requirements
  • Manage and respond to individual and group email accounts
  • Review and process shipment updates through internal systems
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and shipment tracking records
  • Generate and complete daily operational reports
  • Investigate shipment discrepancies and document findings
  • Prepare and refurbish reusable temperature-controlled packaging
  • Support cold chain replenishment activities
  • Handle gel pack preparation, configuration, and refurbishment
  • Follow detailed temperature handling instructions to maintain product integrity
  • Assist with customer packaging requirements
  • Operate pallet jacks safely and efficiently
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Lift, move, and organize packaging materials and freight
  • Support warehouse operations as needed to meet customer requirements

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
