Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Gate House Coordinator to join our team at our Loughborough site. This role is central to the smooth and secure movement of vehicles on and off site, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and in line with customer and operational requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Book vehicles in and out using Fleet Plus, ensuring accurate records and correct images are captured in line with customer requirements
  • Identify and report vehicle issues such as EML warning lights, damage, or poor valeting standards to management
  • Manage vehicle keys, ensuring all keys are correctly tagged, imaged, and that windscreens are clearly dated
  • Liaise with site colleagues, visitors, and delivery drivers to ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas and ready for the next stage of processing
  • Ensure all visitors and delivery drivers wear high-visibility clothing once past the gate entry point
  • Maintain accurate vehicle status updates on Fleet Plus, particularly when vehicles move between dealers, MOT stations, and the site
  • Work efficiently to deadlines and operational targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
